We are looking for a HR Consultant/ Recruiter and Talent Acquision
Job Description
- Support line managers in recruitment processes for technical, engineering, and project-based roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define competence requirements and selection criteria
- Conduct sourcing, screening, structured interviews, and candidate evaluations
- Manage communication and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Assist HR Business Partners across Norway locations with recruitment administration
- Support the HR Service Center with administrative tasks, case handling, documentation, and data updates
- Contribute to HR processes, routines, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance in HR workflows
Qualification Requirements
- Higher relevant education, Bachelor or Master – preferably within HR/Management/Business Administration or equivalent
- Relevant HR administrative experience may compensate for education requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within engineering, oil & gas, energy, or project-based industries
- Experience from HR operations or administrative HR roles will be an advantage
- Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Strong digital competence and experience with HR/recruitment systems
- Understanding of competency-based recruitment methods and sourcing techniques
- Flexible mindset with the ability to switch between specialist tasks and administrative HR work
- Proactive team player with strong collaboration skills
- Professional and service-oriented with high attention to detail and quality
- Able to handle a high workload and shifting priorities
Knowledge of GDPR regulations regarding handling of personal information
