Sr. Document Controller

Job Description

• Monitor, secure, coordinate and follow up document deliverables internally and from suppliers / third party
• Ensure that all technical and administrative information meets the requirements
• Ensure that work processes are followed and that the relevant requirements are communicated to relevant parties
• Develop, implement and continuously improve work processes for document control
• Ensure efficient and traceable workflow for technical and administrative documentation between relevant parties
• Contribute to continuously improve the use of new tools and technologies
• Configure and maintain document management systems, including correspondence
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced document controllers when relevant
• Support in preparing for project reviews on dedicated projects

Qualification Requirements

• Experience with document control from early phase/project development and execution projects, preferably for an Operator
• Experience in PIMS
• Knowledge about XaitPorter, Office 365, SharePoint and Teams
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the Oil and Gas industry
• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English
• You are proactive, self-driven, and take ownership of results
• Positive and structured, you confidently solve challenges and adapt in a dynamic environment
• You are forward-thinking, and curious, with a strong willingness to learn
• As a detail-oriented team player, you collaborate effectively across disciplines and with diverse stakeholders
