Construction Lead

Job Description

• Act in accordance with Client core values and HSE program.
• Follow up project activities during night shift 
• Monitor contractor activities, identify improvement areas, and mitigate issues related to HSE, quality, and progress.
• Ensure Client field attendance during night shift and attend all contractor shift meetings.
• Follow up HSE, quality, and work progress together with the contractor.
• Lead and support the contractor in identifying and implementing improvement areas.
• Serve as Client representative during night shift operations.
• Ensure and assist the contractor in planning and executing activities on time.
• Actively cooperate with the project team during commissioning and construction execution.
• Plan activities together with the contractor’s organization in accordance with established procedures and plans.
• Ensure all activities comply with Client and contractor requirements for Safe Execution of Work.
• Review previous lessons learned and ensure relevant learnings are incorporated into project planning.

Qualification Requirements

• University degree in Engineering; long and extensive relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
• Preferred FROSIO certification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as Lead or Manager within larger development projects.
