We are looking for x3 Workshop Lead

Job Description

• Deliver post-sale services at customer sites, including installation, maintenance, and repair of company and third-party products and services.
• Ensure all products and services function properly.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that may positively impact performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through technical support and guidance.
• Propose improvements to processes.
• May act as a lead, coordinating and facilitating the work of others, but is not a supervisor.
• Work autonomously within established procedures and practices.
• Spend the majority of working time performing the same work processes and activities as other team members.

Qualification Requirements

• Advanced and specialized expertise in Technical Support.
• Expertise typically developed through a combination of job-related training and considerable work experience.
• Ability to work independently within established procedures and practices.
• Ability to coordinate and facilitate the work of others.
• Strong technical support, installation, maintenance, and repair capabilities.

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to advise customers on maintenance and performance optimization.
