Coordinator Logistics

Job Description

• Coordinate export and import shipments on behalf of client and global customers.
• Plan and execute transportation of goods for both domestic and international shipments.
• Prepare shipment documentation in accordance with Logistics Aftermarket processes and company policies.
• Coordinate and manage third-party logistics (3PL) activities.
• Provide logistics support and assistance to both internal and external customers.
• Handle various back-office tasks and maintain accurate logistics documentation.

Qualification Requirements

• Degree in Logistics or a related field, and/or a minimum of two years of relevant experience within Logistics, Shipping, or Freight Forwarding.
• Good knowledge of Incoterms.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain principles, both theoretical and practical.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and service-minded approach to work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
