Job Description

  • We are seeking a customer-focused Spare Parts Sales Coordinator for the Nordic countries to join our TI Compression EU&AF Service Team, supporting the Oil & Gas, chemical and industrial sectors.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for managing spare parts inquiries, processing orders, coordinating logistics, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • This position reports to the Head of Spare Parts EU&AF and includes the following tasks:
    • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
    • Prepare and manage customer spare parts quotations, responding to customer inquiries regarding spare parts pricing and delivery timelines.
    • Process customer sales orders.
    • Coordinate with responsible Client Product Competence Centers (PCC’s) to ensure timely quotes issuance and parts delivery.
    • Monitor and follow up on customer inquiries, deliveries, and after-sales issues.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing proactive, consistent, and transparent communication.
    • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualification Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales coordination/support, preferably in industrial or technical spare parts.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of Norwegian and English.
