Lead High-Value Procurement and Contracts

We're seeking a strategic Head of Procurement and Contracts to lead procurement operations and contract management throughout the project lifecycle. You'll oversee tendering, supplier negotiations, commercial governance, and contract administration while ensuring cost efficiency and mitigating commercial risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement, subcontracting and contract management strategy for major EPC and infrastructure projects.
• Manage tendering, supplier negotiations, subcontract awards and commercial governance to optimize cost and value.
• Oversee contract administration, claims, variations, commercial risk and dispute resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead procurement and contracts teams while collaborating with project, commercial and executive management to achieve project and business objectives.
