Hva blir dine oppgaver?

• Ensure that all work carried out complies with department plans and procedures.
• Manage document control for individual projects and contracts.
• Ensure colleagues have a strong understanding of document control routines and processes across multiple disciplines.
• Coordinate all incoming and outgoing documentation processed through document control.
• Establish and maintain the electronic archive within the internal document control system.
• Be familiar with client electronic document management systems.
• Handle engineering and supplier documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain internal and external reports related to technical documentation.

 

Hvilke egenskaper ser vi etter?

• 10–12 years of experience from offshore and/or onshore projects.
• Good knowledge of relevant standards, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Experience with modifications on offshore/onshore installations during operation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Systematic, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• High commitment to quality requirements and project deadlines.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Positive and collaborative attitude in a multicultural work environment.
