We are looking for a Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in overall project planning and coordination
- Monitor and follow up on project costs
- Take main responsibility for scheduling, including:
Maintaining the MS Project plan
Managing the backlog using KanBan methodology - Keeping the activity log up to date
- Support risk management activities
- Maintain and update the project manual with links to new deliveries
- Assist in the preparation of steering committee meetings with internal and external partners
- Assist in preparing and participating in reference group meetings
Requirements
- Solid experience in project management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with cost control and risk management
- Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project) and agile methods (e.g., KanBan)
- Background in IT or technology projects is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Norwegian
