VP Norway & Europe
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced industry sales professional to lead sales and business development efforts in Norway and Europe.
This position is available as the current VP transitions into a new role within the company.
Ideal candidates combine patience and perseverance in pursuing sales targets, with a consistent focus on building long-term customer relationships and delivering sustainable success.
Responsibilities
- Manage all customer relationships in Norway and Europe
- Generate sales with new customers
- Expand business with existing customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Lead commercial negotiations and close contracts
- Represent Fishbones at conferences, workshops, and industry events
- Collaborate closely with Application Engineering, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, and Operations teams
- Oversee operations in the region and maintain customer contact throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Established network within NCS operators
- Experience in lower completions and/or reservoir engineering
- B.Sc / M.Sc in engineering (relevant experience may compensate for lack of degree)
- Fluency in Norwegian and English

The role is highly visible and based at Fishbones’ headquarters in Forus, Norway, reporting directly to the SVP for Europe, Asia-Pacific, Americas, and Sub-Sahara Africa. It involves regular domestic and international travel, and offers a unique opportunity to build and grow the sales organization across Norway and Europe.
