Qualification Requirements
10+ years of professional experience developing production-grade software in Python
Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, design patterns)
Experience with data-intensive applications, APIs, and distributed systems
Proficiency with modern Python frameworks and libraries (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Pandas, NumPy)
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into code
Bonus SkillsExperience with Kubernetes and container orchestration in production
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Exposure to scientific computing, reservoir modeling, or geoscience applications
Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code
