Job Description
Core Competencies and Tools
- Business Analysis & Management Systems: Aligns business needs with DMS capabilities to support operational frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Technical Mastery: Proficient in Azure DevOps, Aris (process modeling), Docmap (document management); familiar with ServiceNow, GitHub, and Power BI for integration, incident management, and data visualization.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Skilled in leading multidisciplinary teams (IT, operational, external consultants) and fostering teamwork while solving complex problems independently.

- Digital Transformation: Drives our client digitalization agenda through seamless process execution, risk management, and real-time data-driven decision-making.
- Compliance and Sustainability: Ensures management systems meet industry regulations (ISO standards) and internal safety and sustainability policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Promotes a culture of feedback, learning, and adaptation to achieve operational excellence and long-term value generation.
Qualification Requirements
- Extensive experience with management systems, preferably within our client.
- Strong functional and technical understanding, ideally with a background as a business analyst.
- High work capacity with the ability to collaborate effectively in teams and independently.
- Proficient in Azure DevOps, Aris, Polarion, and Docmap.
- Experience with additional systems such as ServiceNow, GitHub, and Power BI is an advantage.
