 We are hiring a PTW Coordinator to manage safe and compliant commissioning operations.

Join our Client's team to manage the Commissioning Permit to Work (PTW) System, ensuring all commissioning activities are carried out safely and in full compliance with company and regulatory standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Company personnel with Commissioning PTWs at Contractor shipyards.
• Help prepare PTWs, ensuring all safety measures, isolations, and necessary documents are included.
• Review electrical and process / mechanical isolation registers.
• Assist Contractors with work in commissioning-controlled areas.
• Confirm PTW applicants understand their work, safety requirements, and precautions.
• Monitor PTWs for conflicts or potential hazards between different work scopes.
• Submit PTWs during daily meetings and follow up on the LUN register in PIMS.
• Communicate PTW system issues to relevant personnel and report to Management.

Qualifications:

• Holds a nationally recognized safety qualification or diploma in a relevant safety field.
• Brings 10+ years of experience in similar roles, particularly in onshore/offshore oil and FPSO projects.
• Strong communicator, fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural team environment.
• Demonstrates commitment to safety, quality, and delivering results.
• Flexible and dedicated, willing to work across different locations to support project goals.
