We are looking for HVAC Engineer
Job Description
- System design philosophy and design basis for HVAC systems in relation to functional requirements, control philosophy, and operational philosophy
- Package Responsible Engineer for HVAC systems
- Coordination and follow-up of HVAC system design and area design activities
- HVAC ductwork design
- Air flow rate calculations based on ventilation requirements and heat emissions
- Cooling load calculations
- Selection of HVAC equipment with respect to capacity and feasibility
- Preparation of technical inquiries for HVAC equipment and bulk materials
- Ensure coordination of HVAC design with other engineering disciplines
Qualification Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HVAC engineering or equivalent
- Experience in HVAC engineering within the Oil & Gas industry on the NCS
- Experience with HVAC system design in EPCIC, FEED, and early-phase study projects
- Experience using PDMS / E3D
- Offshore survey experience is considered an advantage
- Good oral and written communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Cooperative and team-oriented working attitude
- Systematic and accurate working approach
- Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and quality requirements
- Proactive mindset, actively seeking advice and sharing experience with others
