We are looking for x2 ATS Coordinator
Job Description
• Coordination of contractual activities in the Agreement for Technical Services (ATS) as part of Purchase Order/Frame Agreement
• Ensure Technical Services from Suppliers are delivered and coordinated in a controlled manner
• Ensure hired personnel for onshore and offshore work have valid certificates and required courses
• Coordinate supplier assistance in accordance with company policies for ATS
• Initiate supplier call-offs based on approvals, signatures, and documentation
• Handle formal communication between company and supplier regarding site work and mobilization
• Register personnel and required information in company systems
• Verify People on Board (POB) offshore
• Book helicopter transport and arrange offshore accommodation
• Assist reporting according to project requirements, including reporting to SFU
• Identify and support need for ATS Field Coordinator to follow up suppliers at yard facilities
Qualification Requirements
• Relevant education
• Experience with similar work
• Strong communication skills in both English and Norwegian, written and spoken
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and digitalization
• Positive and solution-oriented attitude
