Job Description

• Establish and maintain a fit-for-purpose completion and handover structure in PIMS according to project requirements and company standards
• Ensure correct scoping and traceable documentation of Mechanical Completion, Preservation, and Commissioning activities in PIMS CMS
• Maintain high data quality and alignment between engineering, construction, and commissioning disciplines
• Drive efficient scope management throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate, document, and ensure approval of handover certificates such as RFCC and RFOC
• Facilitate handover reviews and support timely project delivery
• Promote collaboration between project teams, contractors, and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with HSE principles, management systems, and technical standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of work processes, systems functionality, and completion methodologies
• Support safe, transparent, and predictable project execution and handover activities

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from oil & gas projects within engineering, fabrication, construction, or commissioning
• Experience with subsea projects is considered an advantage
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with PIMS CMS
• Good understanding of LCI processes and documentation requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a structured manner
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Positive and proactive mindset with a team-oriented approach
• Strong focus on HSSE and quality throughout all project phases
