We are looking for a Production Support professional to support production activities at the Qatar Shipyard. The role will assist the Site Operations Manager and production team by ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, material readiness, and compliance with quality and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Technical understanding and ability to work with engineering drawings.
• Experience or understanding of production processes and documentation requirements.
• Ability to prepare reports, procedures, and other technical documentation.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities at the Qatar Shipyard site.
• Coordinate with supervisors and project teams to ensure production requirements are in place.
• Review, update, and prepare production documentation, including checklists, procedures, and reports.
• Support preparation and updates of production drawings and technical documents.
• Assist with planning and coordination of local purchases and material requirements.
• Monitor material and component needs for ongoing and future production activities.
• Follow up actively any assigned lean and HSEQ tasks for the production site; and
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and project partners to ensure effective communication and delivery.
