Join our client's team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist and play a key role in ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time. You'll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to coordinate every stage of the order process while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end order fulfilment from order receipt through delivery while ensuring on-time execution.
• Coordinate with customers, planning, logistics, sourcing and manufacturing teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor KPIs, order status, inventory and shipment schedules while maintaining ERP/SAP accuracy.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution and continuous process improvement.
